PROBLEM STATEMENT

In order to showcase content from Indeed Career Guide, Indeed Job Market, and Indeed Community, email content creators needed flexible, identifiable modules that could showcase different types of content.

We designed several series of emails in order to boost awareness and encourage engagement from job seekers. Every element was considered - from the voice of the copy to the illustration usage to the word count. Implement a color-coded labeling system to create distinction and identify where each module is pulling content from. Ie. Indeed Career Guide, Indeed Community, or Indeed Job Market

LEARNINGS

How to interpret client feedback. Despite the feedback we were receiving to make the modules more distinctive from each other, we also had to keep them in-line with the job seeker email design system. We were able to rearrange the hierarchy of the content, adjust the copy, and use icons sparingly instead of making drastic design changes that were requested.
